I needed an articulating wall mount for my 50″ Plasma TV due to the layout of my Family Room (15′ x 22′). I’ve got three windows that bring in a large amount of light, so I had to mount the TV in the corner and angle it to deflect the light from the window and provide a better viewing angle for everyone in the room. The mount is solid with an integrated level to enhance accurate placemant of the flat panel. The only negative aspect of this unit is that my TV has a slight tilt to the right once attached to the articulating arm. Unfortunately, my plasma is one of the heavier ones at 104 lbs and may have more weight on that side, but this mount is rated at 165 lbs and I’m 61 lbs under the limit so this shouldn’t happen. I even used a laser level to verify placement of the wall plate during and after attachment to the wall. For this reason alone, I give this mount an overall “4″ rating instead of a “5″. All-in-all, I’m pleased with my purchase and would recommend this unit.

I would say this is a “pretty good” product. It was less than half the price of anything I found locally and once mounted I have been happy with its performance. You will need to take your time when mounting and I had to shim the bottom by a good 1/4″ to get the LCD screen to be level. The cover hides the shim so all is good. For the money I would recommend this product to anyone is comfortable with deviating from the standard mounting instructions to get the best results.

My parents bought a new flat screen television a few months ago as a spur of the moment gift for the two of them. Since it was spur of the moment, they had decided to wait on getting a mount and just used a stand they already had. Of course, they didn’t realize how attractive their new television was to my mother’s cats. The cats would jump on top of the stand and rub all over it, sometimes even tipping it over against the wall. After saving their television a few times, I knew they had to get a mount. The prices at the local Best Buy were outrageous, and most of the ones being sold through the classifieds were bad as well. Then, I stumbled upon this mount. It doesn’t have the fancy capabilities of the most expensive mounts, like being to pull it away from the wall, or being able to turn it in any direction. It does tilt up and down enough to compensate for any glare from a nearby light, so it’s not like it doesn’t move at all. My father loved the fact that it came with a level in the box, and it had one along the back support beam to help him get it straight (what he didn’t like was realizing that the other decorations and pictures surrounding the television were off center 
)
To get to the point, this mount WORKS. It holds a 32inch with no problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this product.

The APTMS tilt mount features a universal design that allows you to mount the vast majority of LED/LCD/Plasma TVs in the 23-37″ size range. Specifically, the APTMS supports hole patterns up to 17.25″ horizontally by 12.25″ vertically and VESA hole patterns up to 400×200mm. This took a little longer to get than we had expected, but we did get it and it wasn’t that big of a deal. The screws that came with it probably would have worked fine if I had drilled the holes in the wall large enough. As it was, I ended up stripping the philips head and needed to replace them. I picked up some 1/4″ lad bolts with hex heads. I had to widen the holes in the mount a little but nothing serious. The knuckles seem to be good and strong and the 20″ LCD was easy to attach to the mount. For the price, this is the way to go for small LCD’s. I’ll probably order more as I need them. I have a 21″ monitor on my computer that I’m think of mounting to the wall next to the TV now.
